More than a dozen institutions came to Ingenta's Training Session at the Ritz on Friday, January 18 to learn more about maximizing their Gateway. Paula Arnold, head library liaison at Ingenta, focused on using the new administration module and provided helpful tips for setting up cost centers, creating new profiles and customizing the Gateway.
