Each month our content database and global audience continues to grow. Here we present some statistics about Ingenta, in answer to the question, "Who's using IngentaConnect, and why?"

Who?
• IngentaConnect and Ingenta Select user sessions in the final quarter of 2004 exceeded 27.5 million

• During the same period, over 5 million articles were downloaded via subscription access, and a further 15000 articles were sold online

Why?
• IngentaConnect hosts content from over 230 publishers, totalling 8000 publications, and over 3 million articles for immediate electronic delivery

• A total of 17.5 million articles are available for individual article purchase, and delivery online or by fax/Ariel services
