By popular demand: changes to our "download subscribed titles" list
Following several requests from library administrators (particularly those of you with link server knowledge bases to populate), we have made some changes to the format and content of the list of subscribed titles which you can download from our library administrator homepage.
(To download this list, log in to www.ingentaconnect.com with your library administrator user name and password. If you cannot remember your login details, please email help@ingentaconnect.com).
The changes to the list format are as follows:
- addition of start date for perpetually-licensed content
- previously, we were only giving you the start date of a subscription where it had specifically been supplied to us by the publisher. Now, if the publisher has not provided this information in their subscription file, we will enter the start date of that journal's content on IngentaConnect.
- addition of start and end volume/issue fields
- in some cases, a publisher will have defined the period of access by volume and issue rather than date, so we will now include these fields in the list to ensure you get coverage information in one form or another.
- addition of ISSN, e-ISSN, ISBN fields
- addition of publisher field
Please circulate this information to anyone at your institution who may be affected, for example, the systems librarian or link server administrator.
