New faces at Ingenta: Rebecca Lenzini and Jeff Downing join our team
We're delighted to welcome two new faces to Ingenta's North American business development teams.
We welcome Jeff Downing , who joins us as library relations manager in North America. Jeff will look after the needs of our IngentaConnect customers (for an overview of IngentaConnect and Complete services, see this article). Jeff is ideally-qualified for his position with us; he comes to us from Amigos Library Services where his various responsibilities included sales and marketing of the BioOne aggregation, with which many of you will be familiar. Jeff holds an MLS from Indiana University and has worked as a librarian at several institutions including the University of Texas at Arlington.
“Having worked with Ingenta on past projects, I’ve appreciated their enthusiastic, professional approach,” notes Jeff, “and it’s good to see their commitment to understanding the needs and problems of their library customers. They’ve made some bold decisions in restructuring their library product line and I’m excited that I’ll working with a dynamic team to build new success on the back of those changes.”
