Take Advantage of an Upcoming Ingenta Online Training Session
SPECIAL WEB-BASED TRAINING SESSIONS ON INGENTA.COM
Throughout September and October, the Ingenta library services team will be offering several sessions focused on making the most of your user experience on ingenta.com. Separate programs for end users and administrators are being offered.
Each session will be limited to 12 participants. To reserve your space, we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.
The format for each session will be an online presentation and demonstration, followed by Q&A. Please come with questions! We also invite you to email specific questions or topics of interest with your registration request.

The Agendas:
INGENTA.COM FOR ADMINISTRATORS
Attendees will learn how to:
-Authenticate patrons via IP, Referring URL or User Name and Password
-Track article orders
-Monitor patron accounts
-Activate existing subscriptions online with Ingenta
INGENTA.COM FOR END USERS
Attendees will learn how to better assist their local Ingenta users, and teach them to:
-Search and access publications
-Utilize the features of an individual account: "Manage My Ingenta"
-Create saved search strategies, including marked lists
-Set-up and manage Email Alerts (TOCs and Saved Searches)

Include your name, title, institution and email address, as well as the name and time for each session(s) you would like to attend. You will receive confirmation of your registration via email, as well as detailed instructions for accessing the training session via Webex.
If you have multiple participants from your institution or company interested in attending a training session, we encourage you gather in one location on-site to take advantage of the online instruction together, from a single computer.
