Forget your personal or administrator account password?
We are pleased to announce our new "Forgot my Password" feature is now available. Both ingenta.com and ingentaselect.com users can take advantage of this feature.
• Ingenta users
Simply click on forgot your password? on the ingenta.com home page, within the left-side navigation bar, and follow instructions on the pop-up form, entering your email address, and either your user name or Customer ID (CID). You will receive an email with your account user name and password within seconds.
• Ingenta Select users
Please visit http://www.ingentaselect.com/rpsv/cw/web/nw1/login.htm. Enter your email address, and either your user name or Customer ID (CID). An email containing your password information will be sent within seconds.
*Please note that if you currently maintain institutional accounts with both Ingenta and IngentaSelect, your password reminder request (completed either via ingenta.com or ingentaselect.com) will automatically deliver BOTH user names and passwords to you in the confirmation email.
What happens to our 2003 subscription renewals and access to them via Ingenta?
Ingenta has been working with all of its publishers to ensure that 2003 subscription access is graced until all renewal information is received from the publisher, at which point, your subscriptions will be extended accordingly. Please do not request access via the subscription activation form for renewals, as your access was automatically renewed before the end of December 2002.
