Free Training Opportunities at ALA Midwinter
Ingenta will be offering several group sessions dedicated to demonstrating the features and functions of ingenta.com, our library payment accounts and email alerting services. These sessions are free and will be offered in Philadelphia on Saturday, January 25, beginning at 8:30am. All sessions will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, just two blocks from the Pennsylvania Convention Center. In addition, we encourage you to schedule a one-on-one training or consultation with a member of our library services team at any time during the conference.
Special InfoTrac and Expanded Academic ASAP User Session
We've also added a special session devoted exclusively to Gale InfoTrac and Expanded Academic users, helping you learn more about accessing the more than 2 million electronic articles now available via the Gale-Ingenta partnership. Representatives from both Gale and Ingenta will lead this group session, and allow ample time for individual Q&A at the end of the demonstration. Whether you've already been utilizing the Ingenta link for accessing electronic journal subscriptions and document delivery, or would simply like some more information about the benefits of this service, you should attend this session.
Session Leaders and Format
Members from our product development, customer service, account management and library sales teams will be leading these sessions, and will be present throughout the day to answer your individual questions.
The format for each will be presentation and demonstration, followed by Q&A. You may attend just a portion of the day's program or the entire event. Please come with your questions.
