Welcome
Best wishes for the New Year!It has been a busy start to 2003 here at Ingenta, as I'm sure it's been for each of you. With ALA Midwinter, January 24-27, right around the corner, we've been preparing to meet many of you in Philadelphia in just a few short weeks.
In addition to offering free product training sessions at Midwinter, including a new session specifically for Gale InfoTrac and Expanded Academic - Ingenta users, members of our library product development, customer service and account management teams will all be in attendance and available to answer your questions and listen to your suggestions.
Don't forget to stop by our booth (#326) and pick up a free spice blend pack for Ingenta's wintry ham and vegetable stew (based on an Amish family recipe), and enter your name in our cookbook draw. Four random winners will take home a set of cookbooks featuring recipes from Philadelphia's neighborhoods, chefs and top restaurants.
Read on for further details about our free, ALA Midwinter training sessions and other great highlights for the start of the new year.
