Ingenta and EBSCO – Activating Your Subscriptions TogetherDid you know that your EBSCO subscription agent can manage journal subscription activation via Ingenta on your behalf?
As an EBSCO customer and registered user of Ingenta, you can request access to your subscriptions through EBSCO.
Please contact: ejournals@ebsco.com quoting your Ingenta CID number*, EBSCO account number and journal titles.
*If you do not know your Ingenta CID number, please contact help@ingenta.com, with "Request for Ingenta CID number" in the subject line, including institution name and address.
Your subscription agent will send Ingenta a list of your journal subscriptions, which will be automatically activated for your Ingenta account.

Upcoming Customer Survey – Improving the Subscription Activation Process at Ingenta
Over the coming weeks, the Ingenta Customer Service team will be sending out an email survey to a select number of valued customers. This survey will focus on the subscription activation process as it currently exists with Ingenta and its various subscription agents.
The aim of this survey is to gather information and suggestions from you about the activation process at Ingenta, so that we can identify areas in need of improvement, and make necessary changes.
We would very much appreciate your involvement in this survey so that this process can be made more efficient for all of our customers.

On-site Customer Training Now Available
In response to customer requests, Ingenta is pleased to now offer on-site training for new and existing customers. Training fees are based on flat daily rates, as well as travel and expenses for the trainer. Significant discounts are available to academic institutions, new customers, as well as customers completing more than one training session in a 12-month period.
We also continue to offer Web-based training, utilizing WebEx.
