Monday, 7 April:
• 5-6:15pm - Product Reviews, Kirsty Meddings, Senior Product Manager, Ingenta will be providing an overview of the latest product developments at the company (at approx. 5:05pm).
• Workshop: Designing Effective Websites, Sam Phillips, Manager, Producer and Information Architecture Team, Ingenta. (Workshops run for one hour, concurrently, on Monday and Tuesday at 2pm, as well as Wednesday at 10:30am.)

Tuesday, 8 April:
• 9:30am – Plenary Session 3: Information Industry Developments, Mark Rowse, CEO, Ingenta
• 11:30am – Product Reviews, Main Auditorium, Chaired by Terry Morrow, BIDS/Ingenta.

Looking Ahead...

Ingenta Spring Workshop at the Library of Congress
May 21st, 2003, Washington, D.C.

In collaboration with FEDLINK and the Library of Congress, Ingenta is pleased to offer two, free, regional workshop sessions to libraries in the Washington, D.C. area this Spring. Each session will provide an overview of Ingenta's online library services, including hints and insight from the customer perspective. Specific product training focus will be given to Ingenta's Customized Library Gateway and email alerting services.

Two identical sessions will be offered:
Workshop I: 9:30am-11:30am (refreshments provided)
Workshop II: 1:30-3:30pm (refreshments provided)
