Library of Congress Workshop - May 2003
In collaboration with the Library of Congress, CAPCON and FEDLINK, Ingenta recently held two workshops for library customers in the mid-Atlantic region. Held at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., on May 21st, the workshop featured speakers from the National Academies Library and Ingenta. A combination of demonstration, case study and Q&A rounded out the program.

Specific product training focus was given to the Ingenta customized library gateway and email alerting services. There were attendees from the Library of Congress, U.S. Institute of Peace, National Library of Education, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Urban Land Institute, Pentagon Library, National Academies, FEDLINK and the Executive Office of the President.

Feedback from the workshop has been overwhelming positive.
