Welcome
How well have you gotten to know the online usage behaviour of your patrons? And what are your plans for tracking that behaviour throughout the academic year?At ALA Annual this summer we launched our COUNTER-compliant, library usage statistics service to help our registered institutions better understand what type of journal content their patrons are looking for, and when and how they're accessing it.
Hundreds of our library administrators have already taken advantage of our free standard service, available to all registered institutions, in addition to testing our advanced, subscription-based service at no cost for 30 days.
We encourage each of our registered institutions to take advantage of this new service. Learn more about obtaining your library usage statistics at Ingenta, and be sure to let us know if you have any questions or comments in your tracking pursuits...
