DOI update for current Ingenta customers
Changes to the DOI GeneratorA number of publishers currently working with Ingenta have taken advantage of our DOI generator, available for those who would like assistance with creating unique identifiers for their articles prior to publication.
If you have recently upgraded you PC, you may notice that the generator no longer works. This is due to the fact that Microsoft have recently changed their support of the service and this has had an effect on the Ingenta generator. We are developing a new web-based version of the generator to use with current and future Windows releases. The new generator will be accessible via Ingenta's new content tracker system, and will therefore be more suitable for widespread use than the single application previously provided. If you already have a generator and would like to move to the new web version, or if you would simply like more information about Ingenta's complementary DOI generating software, please contact your client manager.
