New IngentaConnect Resource Zone for library administrators
Following feedback from our mutual library customers, we have recently introduced a new Resource Zone on IngentaConnect, designed to provide information and materials to support library administrators' use of the site. Resource Zone is a centralized location for brochures, user guides, top tips, promotional materials and information about industry initiatives and hot topics.
Library and End User Services Manager Amel Abourachid explains that "Feedback from our many library administrators indicated that, whilst the information we were previously providing was helpful, we needed to draw it together in a single location for librarians to be able to make best use of it. Resource Zone does just that – and provides lots of new material too. I plan to add further content to this area of the site on a regular basis, to ensure we are giving our library adminstrators maximum support in their usage of IngentaConnect."
