Elsewhere, we review a number of recent events: our own US publisher forum which addressed a forward-looking range of subjects including Web 2.0 and "what libraries really want from publishers", our inaugural Open Forum which provided an opportunity for frank discussion of hot topics amongst a smaller group of publishers, and the recent ALA and SLA Annual Meetings, attended by our library services team.
