Low investment, low commitment opportunity to explore new revenues

Many of you will be aware of our advertising programme, launched relatively recently to enable publishers to maximise the value of their online investment by selling advertising space around their online journals, issues and articles. The programme ran successfully throughout 2007, with ad space being filled with Google ads and ads sold by our partner Tacoda.

In an exciting development, we have just signed an agreement with a new advertising sales partner. Ten Alps Publishing will also now sell advertising space on IngentaConnect. Ten Alps - co-founded by Irish singer and political activist Bob Geldof - has a long and successful history in media sales, and its experienced sales team will be making the most of their extensive agency and advertiser contacts to bring in high-revenue advertisement bookings on behalf of our 38 participating publishers.

If you are interested in growing the revenues from your online publications, consider this comment from one of our publisher clients:

"Ingenta's continued investment in its advertising programme is enabling us to grow the return we see on our publishing investment with minimal effort on our part," says Jenny Pickles, Head of Business Development at Emerald, "And it's complemented by their commitment to growing our traffic; our content is more widely exposed to potential users than ever before, which appeals to prospective advertisers."

More publishers continue to join; we are delighted to announce that Taylor & Francis is the latest publisher to start accepting advertising from Google and our agency partner Tacoda. There are now 4750 publications earning revenue from advertisements on IngentaConnect - that's almost half our total number of electronic publications.

Why not contact your Client Manager today to find out more about how you can benefit from online advertising while still retaining control of your digital presence?
