Thanks to all those who gave feedback on our Publishing Technology Trends event held at Shakespeare's Globe in December - and congratulations to Tom Windross of National Gallery Publications, who won the prize draw and will shortly be receiving a bottle of champagne!

New faces at Ingenta: Rebecca Lenzini and Jeff Downing join our team

We're delighted to welcome two new faces to Ingenta's North American business development teams.

Becky Lenzini is a long-standing member of the information community and is well-known for her presidency of the Charleston Company, which publishes the Charleston Advisor. She has joined us as director of business development, publisher services, and will help us to strategically improve the positioning and development of our US presence. Becky's background includes roles at several companies that relate to Ingenta's business, for example, she co-founded document delivery service UnCover, and held a key role at subscription agent Faxon. She also has considerable knowledge of our library market, and holds an MLS alongside her Certificate in Small Business Management from Harvard Business School.

We will also shortly be welcoming Jeff Downing as manager, library relations in North America. Jeff will be responsible for sales of Ingenta's integrated suite of library services; these include document delivery for our more than 11,000 electronic publications and 20,000 fax publications, along with other services to grow usage of your content. Jeff is also ideally-qualified for his position with us; he comes to us from Amigos Library Services where his various responsibilities including sales and marketing of the BioOne aggregation.
