Subscription renewals: the simple way to keep library customers happy

 

With the new year comes the unenviable task of managing subscription renewals. We have drawn up a simple renewal plan to ensure your subscribers' access remains seamless and secure.
You should have received an email detailing the renewal plan in December.  

Based on your policy , a
ny subscriptions with a December 31st end date have been graced through March 31st.  You will need to manage your renewals prior to March 31st - If you do nothing, all access will be terminated on April 1st
.

 

To access your renewals from the main page of the Subscription Management Tool:

 

1. Choose the 'View all Claims' button

2. Choose the 'Renewals' tab 

 

From here you can confirm the current access, extend access or cancel the subscription.

 

On February 29th, we will email all graced but unrenewed subscribers detailing that we have yet to receive their renewal details.  We will ask them to contact you (or their agent) to ensure they have renewed their subscription, we will also flag that updated details should be passed to Ingenta in the appropriate fashion as soon as possible, as graced access will run out in one month's time.


We will encourage them to renew!

 

To ensure that we don't contact users unnecessarily, please make sure that we have received your most up-to-date subscription file, and/or that you have updated your subscription details via Ingenta's new online Subscription Management Tool.
