New Websites Launched by Ingenta Publishers

The following publishers have just launched new websites in partnership with Ingenta:

Ashley Publications just unveiled a new branded publication website for their Expert Opinion group of titles. The site contains powerful new features such as full-text articles, search and browse capabilities, managed journal access, standard journal information, help features, a TOC alerting service and a stream-lined user interface. The site also comes with new features to help Ashley easily manage the site, including content and subscription management tools, website statistics and a secure registration and activation system for electronic subscriptions. You can visit Ashley’s new website at www.ashley-pub.co.uk.

Emerald just launched a new and improved Research Registers site, which resides within the prestigious Emerald Insight service for business researchers (also built and hosted by Ingenta). Research Registers provides an online forum for researchers to publicize their pre-published work in management and related fields. The new site expands on Emerald’s wide array of services for researchers, which include online journals, abstracts, Web-based and CD-ROM databases, online information services for communities and an automated peer-review process. You can visit the new site at www.emeraldinsight.com/researchregister/.

And stay on the lookout for some exciting new websites on the horizon:

Reed Educational and Professional Publishing has just asked Ingenta to add a new Geography module to their popular Heinemann Explore website.
Designed for pupils ages 11-13, the Heinemann Explore website provides a compelling online resource for school libraries and classrooms. The entire site was built by Ingenta, including its educational History and Science modules. You can visit the current site at: http://www.heinemannexplore.com/content/html/visit_secondary.htm.

OECD has asked Ingenta to develop SourceOCDE a French version of its well-received English language site, SourceOECD (also built and hosted by Ingenta). Developed in response to growing demand from the French library market, the new site will feature OECD books, periodicals and statistics in the fields of socio-economics and public policy. The site will also include OECD Economic Outlook, the OECD Economic Surveys and the statistical periodical, Main Economic Indicators. You can visit the English language site at www.sourceoecd.org.

You can also expect new branded publication websites from two new Ingenta publishers: American Pharmaceutical Association and the National Association for Social Workers. To learn more about these new website projects, you can check out the New Ingenta Publishers article in this issue of EyetoEye.
