New Publishers and Titles Available on Ingenta

A big welcome to the following publishers who have recently signed with Ingenta, as well as those who have gone live on our service. We'll keep you posted in coming issues as additional content goes live.

Akadémiai Kiadó
Akadémiai Kiadó is one of Hungary's most important scientific and academic publishers. A major part of its output appears in foreign languages, mainly in English. The output represents the "high end" of scientific publishing in all fields from earth to life sciences, from linguistics to literature and from medicine to mathematics. The company publishes some 80 new titles per year as well as 45 scientific journals – 12 of which will be available on Ingenta.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Transition Report
The EBRD Transition Report is a unique source of information on developments in central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The Report offers comprehensive analysis of the transition to market economies and macroeconomic performance. Country-by-country assessments comprise macroeconomic tables, including output and expenditure and foreign direct investment as well as key data on liberalisation, stabilisation, privatisation and more.

OCCA was founded in 1918 and is a learned society for those associated with the worldwide surface coatings industries. The following title is now live: Surface Coatings International, Part B: Coatings Transactions

Cryoletters Publishing
Publishing original research reports, reviews, technical developments and book reviews of studies of the effects produced by low temperatures on a wide variety of scientific and technical processes or those involving low temperature techniques in the investigation of physical, chemical, biological and ecological problems. The following title is now live: Cryoletters.

The Cartography and Geographic Information Society
Located in Maryland, USA, the CaGIS now offers current issues of its journal, Cartography and Geographic Information Science in electronic full-text at Ingenta. The CaGIS journal is widely recognized as a reputable subscription-based research and reference tool in the field of cartography, geography, and GIS. The online journal will be fully indexed and cross-searchable, and legacy issues, dating back to 1974 will be added annually.

The International Network for the Availability of Scientific Information (INASP)
In an initiative to increase their visibility worldwide, and encourage communication between international researchers, INASP has supported putting four African journals online with Ingenta. The following titles are now live: The Bulletin of the Chemical Society of Ethiopia, Insect Science and its Application, SINET, Ethiopian Journal of Science and Zimbabwe Veterinary Journal.

American Scientific Publishers
In addition to Genome Letters and Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, the following title is now available free to print subscribers and on a pay-per-view basis for non-subscribers: Sensor Letters.
